What we collect

Account details (name, email), the information and files you submit in your project brief, messages you send us, design feedback, and billing records created when you pay an invoice.

How we use it

To build and deliver your project, communicate with you, track revisions and milestones, issue invoices, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never stored on our systems — we only keep the payment status and amount.

Who can see your data

Your project data is visible to you and to the Syck Interactive™ team working on your project. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and payments, and only share what they need to operate.

Retention

We keep project records and files for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

You can view and update your brief and account details in your portal at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by contacting us through the messages area.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme and accessibility settings.

Security

Access to the portal requires authentication, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and staff-only areas are restricted to authorised team members.
