Agreement
By creating an account or using the Syck Interactive™ website and client portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Projects and briefs
Work begins from the brief you submit in your portal. Scope, deliverables and timelines are based on that brief. Changes outside the agreed scope may affect pricing and delivery dates.
Payments
Invoices are issued through your portal and processed securely by Stripe. Deposits are required before design work starts, and final balances are due before launch or handover. Late payments may pause active work.
Revisions
Revision requests are submitted through the portal so they can be tracked. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; additional rounds or new scope may be quoted separately.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables produced for you. We retain rights to our underlying tools, frameworks and reusable components, and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to any logos, text, images or other material you upload, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights or break any laws.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages may cause temporary interruptions.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point remains payable, and you keep access to files already delivered and paid for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
